Description
Nitrite Assay Kit can be used to detect Nitrite in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and saliva using a spectrophotometer. Nitrite can react with the chromogenic agent producing light red azo-compound. The concentration of nitrite can be calculated indirectly by measuring the absorbance at 550 nm.
