Proline Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of Proline concentrations in plant tissue and honey using a spectrophotometer. Proline reacts with acidic-ninhydrin to form stable red compound. The maximum absorption peak of the compound is at 520 nm. The concentration of Proline can be calculated by measuring the absorbance at 520 nm.
