Description
Total Amino Acid Assay Kit can be used to detect Total Amino Acid in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and urine using a microplate reader. Copper ions can complex with various amino acids to produce blue-green complex compound, and the intensity of the color is proportional to the content of total amino acids. The Total Amino Acid content can be calculated by measuring the absorbance at 650 nm.
