Description
Zinc Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of Zinc concentrations in serum, plasma, urine and milk using a microplate reader. Any zinc ions present in the sample react with 5-Br-PADAP to produce a colored complex. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of zinc ions, which can be calculated by measuring the absorbance at 560 nm.
