Descripción
ADGRF5, known as GPR114, is predominantly expressed in immune cells such as eosinophils and mast cells. It is thought to regulate immune responses, particularly in allergic conditions. ADGRF5 mediates cell adhesion and signaling in immune surveillance and inflammatory pathways. Its specific signaling mechanisms remain under study, but its role in modulating eosinophil and mast cell function makes it a potential target for therapeutic intervention in asthma, allergic reactions, and other immune-mediated disorders.
